Work Week And Hours:
The generally defined work week at Tower Community Bank is considered to be Monday-Friday. The workday is generally considered to be 8:00-5:00. This position, due to the level of engagement, could require work outside of the generally defined days and hours.
Summary
The Credit Administration Officer is responsible for overseeing the integrity and accuracy of the bank’s credit administration processes and for managing the bank’s Clear to Close program. This dual-role position ensures the credit portfolio is managed in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, while ensuring alignment with the Bank’s Low to Moderate Risk Profile.
Primary Activities- Credit Admin Officer

•Oversee and monitor the loan documentation process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to approved credit terms.
•Work with Quality Control, Compliance and Loan Operations Supervisor to ensure efficiency and adherence to all internal and external policies and regulations. Develop new strategies to become more efficient and accurate.
•Assist with loan portfolio analysis, risk rating validation and credit file maintenance
•Support Credit Underwriting with Annual Review processes by gathering financial statements and credit information to analyze loan relationship
•Coordinate and monitor loan covenant compliance, collateral tracking, and policy exception reporting
•Perform routine and random audits of loan portfolios and post-closing processes
•Prepare reports for senior management and regulators, including loan performance and concentration reports
•Ensure the credit policy is kept current and assist with credit policy updates or revisions
•Collaborate with lending staff to maintain quality control and mitigate risk. Track and report lender exceptions.
•Perform Daily Clear to Close function to ensure all loans close within policy guidelines and incompliance with FDIC regulations
•Prepares spreadsheet, reports, summaries and Memos on new, renewal, and existing loans.
•Assures all basic underwriting guidelines are met.
•Oversees and manages financial information files to assure current reports, statements, accounts receivable and other information on customer accounts.
•Performs credit inquiries for the financial institution as requested.
•Establishes, reviews and updates new and existing loan files for the financial institution on a regular basis.
•Provides technical advice and assistance to loan officers throughout the Bank as needed.
•Maintains expertise in new and current analysis procedures.
•Maintains expertise in new and changing underwriting guidelines and industry regulations.
•Adheres to Bank credit standards and works constructively with and abides by credit department guidelines.
•Assists in the production of any required BOD reports.
•Maintains appropriate compliance tracking as required.
•Take Minutes for Loan Committee, ECC and any other Committees as necessary
•Assist with performing Relationship Annual Reviews, Tracking and Uploading
•Upload and Index Loan Documents to Core system
•Assist with any Internal Audits or External Audits as necessary
•Assist Credit Dept with any Special Assets/Collection efforts as needed
•Manage NMLS for all employees with Tower Community Bank to maintain certification
•Assist with Training and Scheduling within the department
•Assist with scheduling Internal/External Exams and collection of documentation for review
•Create and Perform Lien releases as required by Chief Credit Officer and Loan Operations Supervisor

•Maintain relationship between lenders and credit administration that encourages sound growth in loan portfolios while also meeting strategic growth initiatives.
•Develop personal knowledge of all aspects of Credit Underwriting, Credit Administration, Loan Operations and Special Assets
•Assist Chief Credit Officer with developing and implementing consistencies across all Credit and Loan Operations functions
•Assist Chief Credit Officer and Sr. Credit Officer with implementing a Loan Origination Software within the next 6 months.
